She previously headed Asia’s largest kindergarten, a thriving learning community of over 1,000 students supported by a dedicated team of more than 100 professionals, where she spearheaded academic innovation, organisational excellence and community engagement. Widely recognised for her visionary leadership, she successfully led curriculum reforms, digital transformation initiatives and the creation of award-winning learning environments. Her enduring passion for holistic education has enabled countless children and educators to grow, excel and embrace lifelong learning with confidence and purpose.
